These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DriveTech LLC (“DriveTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, advisory services, communications, and technology sourcing engagements. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Role as an Independent Advisor
DriveTech operates as a vendor-neutral technology advisor. We evaluate, compare, and source business internet, connectivity, UCaaS, cybersecurity, and IT solutions across multiple third-party providers.
DriveTech is not a carrier, ISP, or network operator. All services are ultimately delivered, supported, and governed by the applicable third-party provider agreements.
2. Service Availability & Representations
Availability, pricing, installation timelines, performance metrics, and service terms are determined by third-party providers and may vary by location. DriveTech does not guarantee availability, uptime, bandwidth, or carrier-specific performance.
3. Quotes, Comparisons & Recommendations
All quotes, comparisons, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and are subject to final provider qualification and approval. Quotes are non-binding until accepted in writing and confirmed by the provider.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete business, technical, and location information. Errors, omissions, or changes may impact feasibility, pricing, or delivery timelines.
5. Contracts & Billing
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, service contracts are executed directly between the client and the provider. Billing terms, taxes, fees, and payment obligations are governed by those agreements. DriveTech does not control provider billing practices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveTech LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, profits, or business interruption, arising from:
- Third-party provider outages or failures
- Installation delays or service interruptions
- Use or reliance on recommendations or comparisons
- Acts or omissions of carriers, vendors, or partners
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, text, layouts, graphics, and materials are the intellectual property of DriveTech LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without written permission.
8. Communications & Messaging Consent
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive business-related communications via email, phone, or SMS, including service updates and administrative notices. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
9. Suspension & Termination
DriveTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services, communications, or the website if misuse, abuse, or violations of these Terms are identified, or if required by law or partners.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
DriveTech may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
